Job Description

As the Operations Manager, your prime role will be to optimize existing routes, strategy planning, deployment of new routes, & ensuring customer SLA is maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Optimizing existing Routes.
Addressing bottlenecks of existing routes
Responsible for planning strategy for new route deployment.
Coordinating with the Engineering to arrange for timely deployment & opening of routes.
Responsible for providing assistance to hub lead for Crisis Management.
Ensuring Client SLA is maintained at each hub.
Coordinating with local stakeholders at each hub, and to build & nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyzing operations data and generating meaningful insights for decision-making.
Ensure standard practices are being followed at hubs for efficient & safer operations.

Less Than 30,000 €

Education / Qualification

Bachelor's degree with any business related course/certifications in any relevant field.
