Description du poste

As the Operations Manager, your prime role will be to optimize existing routes, strategy planning, deployment of  new routes, & ensuring customer SLA is maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Optimizing existing Routes.
  • Addressing bottlenecks of existing routes
  • Responsible for planning strategy for new route deployment.
  • Coordinating with the Engineering to arrange for timely deployment & opening of routes.
  • Responsible for providing assistance to hub lead for Crisis Management.
  • Ensuring Client SLA is maintained at each hub.
  • Coordinating with local stakeholders at each hub, and to build & nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analyzing operations data and generating meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure standard practices are being followed at hubs for efficient & safer operations.
